My first Girlfriend read that it relieved period pains, which she really suffered from at the time...
She was such a sweetheart, and I hated seeing her poorly...
I remember once jokingly saying to her, “Shall we have sex then?”
And to my surprise... she said, “Yes please, if you don’t mind”
Fucking right I don’t mind! She was really lovely... sweet, honest, genuine... and I fancied her like crazy all throughout the relationship... so I never once had an issue getting it on with her
I wasn’t bothered about the mess... and she would enjoy it after a bit... and it genuinely did relax her and relieve most of her pains for that cycle

It's normal at the end of day for women to get periods and yes it can be embarrassing to some of us but it happens and sex is sex and it can be a bit messy but its ok to have sex when theirs a period and some way say it helps them relax |
