The Attic has a large enough car park but the taxis are cheep enough from around £3-£5.

That reply doesn't answer the question "where can you park a car overnight"!

Awww no shame on me

Most derby hotels have adequate parking, there could also be long term parking at the train station or at the big car parks around the intu shopping centre.

I've stayed at the hallmark which has it's own carpark but they do charge extra for it. There is very limited on street parking nearby too.

I ended up parking in the train station car park as I couldn't find a free space on street and it was about a quid cheaper than the hotel car park. It is just over the road, I think it was about 7 quid for the night.

Morning all thank you for help, we ended up at Attic in cathedral quarter hotel listening to the bell (Sunday)

But back to question, we found parking next to hotel is free and cctv covered

But think we will go back to jury as this hotel is very poor unless you can recommend x
