I have the round neck as well. Feel cleaner but sensitivity is lost over time, that said it means you can last longer

The worst part for me was the recovery period. The op itself was obviously under general anaesthetic, but the pain afterwards was quite bad for a while. I couldn't really bear to wear any clothes, even loose boxers, for a couple of weeks, which kinda restricted where I could go! Changing the bandage pulled the wound open a few times until I learnt to do it sitting in a bath of ice cold water. I much prefer the look of it now, but the head is far less sensitive than when it was covered. The op saved my cock from stran gling itself and I have no regrets now, but it's not something I'd recommend having done purely for cosmetic reasons.

I had circumcision done in 2008, I’ve regretted it since due to lost sensitivity and it makes your nob more dry.

I miss the lack of sensitivity now.

I think it looks better, but I'm completely against it being done to babies. But it's one of those things, cocks have foreskins (that's a horrible word) and not a big issue x same reason as I don't understand labiaplasty. I know you said it was for medical reasons though.

I have always kept it clean for as long as I have known what it was used for.

I know some people have this idea that all uncut cocks are dirty and not looked after, that is gonna jade your view if you have been unlucky enough to have an unclean one aimed at you.
