Probably a bit of both. By all accounts some new members are scared off by the sheer volume and nature of the messages they get the minute their account goes live.
I suspect a percentage are also set up after a bit of Dutch courage and seems a less good idea in the cold light of day. We certainly notice lots of new accounts set up late night /early hours overs weekends. |

It's bloody ridiculous. It's amazing any new women stay. Some men really are predatory towards new women. |
