Search local profiles for people that interest you, write them a decent opening message that piques their interest enough to respond, be respectful and in time agree to meet!
Alternatively go to a local social and build a little network of friends. You're welcome!
Joking aside, you seem a decent chap and I'm sure lots of the ladies would see you as easy on the eye so I'm sure you'll be in demand!
