Nice hotel in Bowness called 21thelakes. Themed rooms with private hot tub, we've had fun there on a couple of occasions.

The Bothy in Rudyard. Right on the lake, has a hottub. Their website even says please put condoms in the bin, don't flush them - so they obviously know what the hottub gets used for!
