Apparently all Liverpool supporters (scousers) are from victimpool according to a post in the Irish room,(united v Liverpool)as a Scouser I see it as an insult to the 96,anyone else? |

Sadly it was some blurt from Galway ,thankfully never had this prob with Dub's maybe it's something to do with the wind from the Atlantic or the fact he sings rebels songs in a pub on a saturday night whilst wearing his manc shirt,never could work that one out |

As a scouser I don't see it as an insult against the 96, you could argue by calling them, the 96 is an insult.
They were 96 son's daughter, mothers, farthers, so in my opinion if you are insulted by Liverpool fans being from victimpool, you should be insulted by people calling the tragic victims The.
There is a lot of name calling an drink piss taking in football and I'm almost certain the name victimpool comes from the saying offended by everything ashamed of nothing. I think it's more to do with uproar over the time a Liverpool player allegedly racially abused a Man Utd player and the club supported him, then support another Liverpool player who ran around biting people, then the fans moan and act like the victim when the FA ban the players.
This is all just my take on it all tho.
If you are easily offended, you probably shouldn't use the internet. |
