Posted my first the other day and wondered if a cock pic is a turn off on a profile or should it be a secret pic that is only sent on a message?

I'd say don't bother with them unless asked. We're a couple, and at no point has she seen a cock on here and thought "I must suck that". I recently had mine up too, and it's garnered no attention so I've privated it. It's only really applicable if someone is only into big dicks, and those people will ask.

I don't mind a cock pic being attached as long as it's not just a cock pic. A full body pic should also be included, a face pic can come after but I do appreciate one being attached with a message.
