We have had a massive computer Crash and lost all the details of our camping weekend so we have decided to repost it!!! If you have already revieved a booking number can you please get in touch, Thanks
The plan is arrive Friday and set up. There is shower and toilet facilaties available with electric. Friday night full use of the the club facilaties and play areas, Saturday day it is up to you, Last year quite a few stayed on site and had a big social, some went into Scarborough. Around 4pm we will be lighting the BBQ and supplying burgers salad etc.. anyone is more than welcome to bring along anything they would want cooking. Saturday night full use of the club again. Sunday it will be a case of getting ready for off. The club will not be open on Sunday but the showers etc will be open to use. To be honest everyone is too worn out by Sunday!!
There will be a few select single males we are allowing 1 to every 4 couples.
Cost : £35 per person for 2 nights, deposit £20
£20 per person for 1 night, deposit £10
Restricted numbers of single males will be allowed @ £40 per night .All monies are paid to the Club not to us! we do not make a penny. The last 2 we have done have been a blast, so we hope you can make it.
We have decided to limit it to a maximum 40 couples.
The Club will be hireing out tents for camping.
All tent hire info and tent pics are on website, its £20 night for a tent - 4 person but will hire out as one tent per single or couple as sleeping compartment isn't quite wide enough for 2 double airbeds (designed for adults and kids). Its a large roomy tent with sleeping compartment and living/dining area and will be more than large enough for 2 couples to play.
Each tent will be erected ready to move into and will include a double inflatable bed, 2 lights and a 2 ring gas stove.
Campers will need to bring bedding, pillows, towels, tea towels and personal items. They can either bring eating and cooking utensils etc., or can hire a pack for £5.
Pack will include: 2 pans, frying pan, kettle, toaster, serving utensils, washing up bowl and scourer. Knife/fork/2spoon set, lge/small plate, bowl and beaker per person.
Camping chair hire £2.50 per chair.
Water container hire £1.
An additional £20 breakages deposit is payable when they arrive which will be refunded on inspection at the end of the stay, minus costs of any breakages or missing items from tent or hire equipment.
An additional £10 non-refundable deposit is requested for tent hire when booking on top of the booking deposit.
The Club are opening a mini shop for food, cleaning products, camping gas and essential items.
We have had well over 150 emails regarding this weekend!!! To book in to the club you will need to contact us for a unique booking number so please feel free to email us.

15 couples already paid the deposit so looks like it willl be another good one. feel free to get in touch to book a place.. the saturday BBQ is usually great and Mrs H has a new recipe for ribs..mmmmm |

17 couples have now paid their deposits to the club and we have cleared the list. we are looking for 5 more couples and then the list will be closed.
You will need a booking reference from us and then pay your deposit direct to the club, this way we know how many are comming and are not let down at the last minute.

After discussions with the club we have decided that Friday night will be a mixed night with single males who ARE MEMBERS of the club allowed and Saturday night will be couples and single females ONLY. Youtopia couple members are welcome both nights but single males who are members must book with the club for friday as numbers will be limited. Thanks |

Hi Folks,
We have had 56 couples ask for a booking reference and so far 18 couples have booked in with the club and paid the deposits. Anyone who has a booking reference and plans to come needs to book in and pay the deposit by Sunday evening as we will then re open the list as we are limiting it to 25 couples. Anyone still wanting to come get in touch and we will put you on the reserves list so we can get back in touch on Monday once we have cleared the list xx
