every social we see mentioned on here is always a good two hour drive away with a hotel to organise too, has anyone ever tried to organise a social in Cumbria? We wouldn't want to attempt it if it had already been tried and failed. |

There was a club in carlisle for a little while but its been closed for some time now,
If there was a social i'd do my best to attend. cumbria seems to be way behind other areas around lancashire there seems to be loads.

A couple I know often go to a camp site at pooley bridge on ullswater(near penrith) its got its own bar and has log cabins I think. so if anyone was feeling frisky ya'd be sorted. Also its reasonably easy for people to get to |
