Do I need to register to the site as she says?

Had a nice chat with a lady (tinder). My all details were genuinely on fb. We had a couple of chat. Gave me road name not the door number. Later she sent a link to register to verify that I am genuine. She says she had a bad experience before. Do I need to register? Any problem if I register with the link she sent to me?
