Chameleons in Darlaston is only ~12 miles away and the one in West Bromwich (I forget the name) is even closer but not as big nor as well known.

Chameleons is a wet sauna club, Xtasia is a dry nightclub (but does have a jacuzzi). Both are very well known and offer different experiences.
