We once spent a long weekend in a cottage in Finland, deep in the country. It consisted of a bedroom, and a sauna, a proper one. All wood fired. The idea was to race out of the sauna into the lake, 20 yards away.
Unfortunately.... it was a very late spring. The ice on the lake was still 2 feet thick. Our neighbours were running about in the snow, nude of course. But I didn't like the pine needles sticking in my feet, so I was nude except a pair of welly boots. The locals were much amused.
