why do mods ban you for been pleasant?

tonight someone was been mouthy we could handle it not once did we swear or be abusive but a moderator gave us a 4 hour ban! this i feel is completely wrong when we was trying to keep the peace.

please can anyone explain how a moderator can do that when we did nothing wrong?

If you think a mod has made a mistake you need to contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page and theres a link specifically for that
