We can't really help you there, would suggest booking.com for hotels, and can just call a taxi company for a rough price?

Just to make things abit clearer,,The do what you want means that in the world of swinging you can do what you want,Obviously there are no cameras allowed to be used in the venue,same goes for any aggressive behaviour and anyone using any kind of drugs,This is a swinging event for swingers,We have never had a problem reported at any Newcastle social,We even go as far as to meeting up with and reminding the staff and the management about the no camera rule also, unlike other socials around the country that are held in normal bars that are open to everyone and anyone xx

Just to clarify...my major concern is the staff. I only attend clubs for socials and don't play publicly anyway...but a teen barman may not be able to resist the chance to catch some footage.

I have no doubt that your social will be well run but have never been to a vanilla venue where play has taken place.

I have no personal concerns and am looking forward to seeing you all.

we have no doubt the organisers would have clearly stated to the venue management and staff the rules of discretion to protect the identity of everyone going as we trust them 100% but all we can suggest is if your still unsure wear a balaclava to hide your identity ??

I'm looking forward to this Newcastle social seems like a Great Idea

I've been to two previous Newcastle socials and seen people dance etc and kiss n fondle but I've just watched and mingled and had a drink.......

I know fab friends you have gone on to Clubf at end of Social for fun etc plus cheaper than Hotel in Newcastle. .........

I've enjoyed Yarm and York Socials but I'm really looking forward to this one and I can see my fab friends have gone to alot if effort and time to secure this Great Venue and I'm sure it's Gonna be a fabulous Night to Remember........Can't wait and it sounds like fun

Looking forward to meeting NEW and OLD FAB friends

so does private venue lol,we are here to add names and arrange a great night where everyone can get together that have similar interests,not to argue with someone that isnt even on the list,i explain to everyone that enquires about going and my phone number is also available to anyone on the list,and if you do change your mind just give us a shout and we will happily add your profile,its not in a public place its in a private venue with staff on the door,if you do live close by and dont want to be seen by neighbours or family then you are doing the best thing for yourselfs in not going,

Just loving the amount this social has grown the very first one had 6 of us there many years ago. Lots has changed since the first socials most for the better and think the people over the years that has made this what it is will be very pleased to see the way its grown.
