Id doesn't have windows in many of the rooms....a bit seedy. Try travel lodge or premier inn near print works

The Campanile in Ordsall. The city centre is in easy walking distance.

I've found the Premier Inn at the top of Deansgate to be an excellent hotel, but pricey.

The Mercure in Piccadilly can be expensive for what it is, but is in the heart of the city. Be warned, the walls are paper thin. You can get good deals there, if you catch the offer just right.

The Palace hotel is very overrated in my opinion. Anywhere that sells a 12 quid fish finger sandwich is definitely not a cheap hotel!

atrium .. pay the extra £10 or £15 that the britania would charge and you'll have clean sheets for around £60-£65 if you book in adv

We've stayed here, it's clean, comfortable, cheap and close to the centre. Also the reception is in a different building, so you can invite people back without anyone feeling awkward having to sneak past a receptionist!

Exactly what we want a clean room where we can have a bit of fun, gonna look into now, so far it's all stupid prices, may head to a club instead and just drive home and see what mischief we get up to
