Hi Guys!
Does anyone know when the German Markets start/finish this year?
I'm thinking of arranging a big social (it'd be particularly great to meet loads of forum regulars!) for the last Saturday in November - Meeting at the markets just after lunch - having a laugh/drink and giggle together - then maybe Amour later on for those who want to keep partying!
I don't know Manchester as well as some - so if it proves popular i'd love some help from a local on deciding where best to meet etc!
Anyhow - enough waffling! Please let me know if you have the info/ are definitely interested!
Big hugs

I've only just passed by in the past when these vents are on but I'm sure they mix some German flavour into these events
I have linked the information for this event below including is running dates, 14 Nov - 21 Dec 2014. No free Parking, N/A Entry. It even have nearby hotels with their room prices and some pretty good reviews.
I'd like to come to this meet up, would be my first one since joining and would be a good opportunity to get to know everyone.

Ah don't mention it. I'd like for this to get a go ahead. Socialise with people of similar interest would be fun. Keep me posted if it goes down or so.
Good day then. |

Aaaaw - could be a new fab romance! I'll be posting it in the next couple of days after I've spoken to the owners of Amour - would be rude to descend on them without notice. xx |

We should have a central meeting point for all with some extra time given for late arrivers and then all go as one group to the Markets.
e.g. Between 7pm and 7.30pm - the team will be here, if past this time assume we have gone to the Markets. To recognise each other, wear something like a yellow hat.
I suggest we have the central point in Piccadilly Gardens. It is large enough for whatever numbers arrive and is close to the main bus stop with food places nearby. |

you have no chance of getting around the German markets as a group they are always absolutely hammered all day/night. Its difficult enough to stroll around as a couple |
