Forgive me, but I can't help wondering what you are going to do with this information. 
If you are uncut and you discover that there is a general preference for cut cocks are you planning on circumcision?
Conversely, if already cut, what will you do if you find that the ladies prefer the unmodified member?
You can't stitch it back on! 
I think you'll probably find that the answer you're most likely to get is that, in general, it's less about the cock and more about the person it's attached to.
There are some ladies who quite like a cut one, and others who don't
The point is, stop trying to please all the people all of the time - it's just not possible.
You can only please some of the people some of the time
