Thoughts on this one???

We think it should be for fabbers to use and get discussions on any subject or problems aired

not to advertise a profit making enterprise??

And I don't mind clubs advertising as can see what events are on and when, plus see who's attending etc

I thought that was against site rules?

"I thought that was against site rules?"

Clubs are allowed to advertise in club section, but no other business is as far as I understand the rules.

I have never seen advert for any business apart from clubs, so I am assuming (maybe wrongly) that that's what OP is referring to

Regarding clubs filling certain forum pages here with 'come our next event' can it be limited and toned down a bit?

In the 'swinging club' forum page there are three alternative and similar posts for Jaydees's (just in the last few hours) and the same is often the case for Chameleon's.

I know that these are popular clubs and posters get enthusiastic to promote their favourite club, but to the rest of us it's just boring to pore through so many 'repeated ' posts.

By all means clubs should post their latest new events themselves in the 'swinging events' forum page - but not at the same time duplicate such posts in the 'swinging club' advice page.

Are my observations reasonable everyone?

I agree, swinging club advice page, should be to give tips etc for clubs, not promote events, as there is a page for that
