Hello Fabbers....I'm coming to Newcastle with a few friends in the spring for a weekend.
Any suggestions as to what area of town to stay in? I've been all over the UK but never Newcastle so I don't have a clue where to say.

" How much you expecting to spend on the hotel ?"
I'm minted so money is no object!!!
Hahaha I'm kidding, there is not budget set as yet. It doesn't have to be the hilton it's more the area want to be fairly central to everything with easy access to airport |

Jury's Inn is near Central Station, gay area, but lots of fun bars there. And trust us, it is only about 10 min walk to other bar areas.
Trouble is, there are about 5 different areas full of pubs, you won't get round them all !!
There is the Quayside Premier Inn, but book quick it gets full. Just a short walk up a long hill and your in the town centre. |

The apartments are pretty close to everything and as theres a few of you could share. Station hotel is really nice n taxis n metro outside the doors. Jurys inn around the corner. There are hotels along the big market but weve not used them always use the ones near the station. |
