Antarctica ......worth the -20c temperature ......yeah right would have to be nuts just travelling further then a 10 minute drive for a chippy ....Scotland ...find that hard to believe ....think we would need to see a few pieces of photographic proof , audio and video proof , chip and pin receipts the whole full nine yards .... |

This is really the finest purveyors of the national dish in the Kingdom. Anyone who disagrees is either a philistine or simple has not had the pleasure of the experience.
Local new one nearby in Long Hanborough is pretty good given we are about as far from the brine as one can get. Think it's the Hook and line, or hook and something. Anyway- just down from the smaller Co-op on the main drag to Witney.
For those travelling some distance, it is also on the Hereford & Worcester line, about 8 minutes travelling time North West of Oxford. |

ok - maybe i should have said - The journey was over 800 miles !! but we didnt actually wait the 7 hour journey home to eat the the Fish n chips..  |
