I've seen this done by different clubs in different locations in California where it's one business by day, yet a swingers club by night (NOT every night), thus a "mixed economy" approach, which seemed to work very well indeed. |

I actually think HMO properties would be more of a backlash than my idea.
They seem to have lots of problems or issues.
I worked for a company who took care of a few before my business and there were some right oddballs in the building. Complaints daily from neighbours and shops. |

No because as would end up spending too much time there as on my doorstep
I think it would fill a big gap in the area but I’d be asking that question to the local council about their views on issuing licences for sex establishments first
