We are visiting Glasgow next Wednesday, any recommendations for things to do midweek or can we expect bars etc to be quite?

Glasgow

Midweeks pretty quiet in my experience, which isn't necessarily a bad thimg, I've had some lovely chilled out nights wandering in and out of nice bars and restaurants.

City centers taken a bit of a dive so I generally tend to to stick to the westend: great Western road/Byers road/finnieston which have a good selection of food and drink places.

For drinking I like the Belle, inn deep (if the weather's nice) hill head book club if it's not

Food depends on what your looking for but there loads of good restaurants around there

Kelvingrove art gallery is pretty nice to walk round as is the park round it during the day weather permitting
