I’m not in reading, but I border Berkshire, so it’s only like 20 mins away. Used to work in swallowfield/risley/Spencer’s wood so know the area and all very local  |

Yea, apologies, I don’t often meet from those too local to me, so next best thing is surrounding areas. Doesn’t help you guys out when joining a thread to find local people. Although I’m not meeting your requirements, I like to think 20 mins travel can still be classed as local. Have a great day guys |

So far I think I’ve only maybe recognised people in passing but never sure if that was from somewhere else.
We prefer relatively local but joined here with the view to meet likeminded people. I’m sure respect and discretion is mutual so no outing each other. |

Hello all  . I’m easy going and looking to meet locally. Count me in for the social . Shame there is no spa and they are all a short drive away. What’s the dogging/ car scene like now I haven’t heard of any local spots for a while |

Absolutely great idea, the problem is the law of numbers says it is going to be 80% single blokes which can be intimidating for couples or certainly single females, which I understand. But having moved from there recently and only 20 minutes down the road, more than happy to join in with this if it gets off the ground. I guess it’s about putting a stick in the sand and saying okay in 2/3/4 Frida/Saturday’s time we meet at wherever let’s see what happens. Of course, I expect inevitable dropouts like they do for needs but it is what it is. Let’s try |

If we could get a sitter then we would possibly go to one but as someone above said, it will all be guys and then just us as a couple.
We don’t drink so would be a bit slow to get into the chat and stuff as no Dutch courage for us. |

One on One meets are unlikely to happen off the back of forum posts.
Maybe a group social would work, but as has been mentioned above it would be mostly single guys unless organised carefully.
We actually prefer meeting single guys, so that wouldn’t be an issue for us, but it could put off a lot of others.
Is anyone offering to organise something?
