Anybody knows of hotels in the West Midlands where one can just walk in and use lifts without the need of a key card?

Thank you

wolverhampton

Most of the hotels in Birmingham city centre have keycard access to lifts or to access the particular floor. The Village Hotel at Solihull doesn’t have keycard lifts.

I didn't ask a question I replied to the op that those hotels you can walk to the rooms without the need for a key card.

Then you asked why and I will ask you again what is it you want to know why?

Or you don't get the question from the op?

Most likely for all her guests to come easily to her room without having a need to fetch them from reception.

like you would if staying in travelodge or premier inn

The Holiday Inn Express at Walsall requires a key card and there is a sign at reception stating no unregistered guests
