Are you trying for anal or prostate orgasm? They are two different orgasms. While I don’t have a penis, I have made a number of men come from anal stimulation. It’s about identifying whether stretch, motion, sensation or filling is your bag. There are some excellent silicone plugs (godemiche is great), that you can experiment with for these, and throw in a doxy on the base can make for excellent sensations. Dildos with suction cups on tile (the godemiche peg and skrue range are excellent), can help with motion. As mentioned already, get yourself an Aneros.
