Out of interest, how do you make your sandwich? Do you maonaise both sides or only one?

Took me ages to sort it out. Two slices of cheese with a slice of bread in the middle. Two slices of bread with a slice of cheese on top. Think I'm getting there though. Can't wait till I've perfected this ham sandwich.
