Is a regular Wednesday night quiet? Or relatively busy.

We went a few months ago for our first Wednesday night. We thought it was busy but we were told that was a quiet night for a Wednesday
We’re looking to get there again on a Wednesday in anticipation for a really busy night
It seems to be popular and we’re hoping to make it a regular visit for us x  |
