favourite central pubs in Bristol

I am not looking to stalk anyone, but I would be interested to know people's favourite pubs in Bristol centre.

I used to love the Crown when it was a more biker/punk pub and go to the Hatchet on occasion, but wonder if there are similar/better places to frequent. I'll be interested to hear peoples' opinions.

We've always loved The Hatchet. Also the Berkeley on Clifton Triangle can be fun.
