How many miles a day are you planning on ? My son recently walked Leeds to Bath 200 miles in seven days and he found it really challenging.

Will only be doing like between 8 and 14 miles a day and I've got 6 weeks to do it as not rushing this walk....did the Pembrokeshire coastal path in January and did that in just under 2 week but was rushing the whole way so want to enjoy this walk and take my time
