Dont do nights ant more thank God..when I did it would really upset my sleep pattern.

Would go to bed and be up 2 hours later wide awake.

The shift itself was easy but trying to sleep was a nightmare

I do nights (mr) quite enjoy it but does get boring, no fixed finish time thou so that makes every night a bit different x

I do enjoy the night shifts. Quieter and chance to knock off a quickie sometimes if lucky.

Yeah nights is much more relaxed with no supervision or manager's haha gives more time scrolling through fab
