Handkerchief Code on Arms

Sevenoaks

Apparently there is a handkerchief code to signify different persuasions. Different colours denote different things as does the arm you have it tied to.

EG

Red indicates a fist fucker or fist fuckee

Magenta indicates as sucker of arm pits or someone who wants their armpits sucked.

Is this well known?

It just that I have seen a few people with handkerchiefs tied to their arms recently.

Google Bob Damron if interested.

We saw some Morris dancers who had different coloured hankies around their upper arms. I see them in a different light now !! Wow, who knew ???

Waving their hankies about in public. No wonder covid isn't going away. At least we know who the superspreaders are now!!!

I googled.

Apparently it's a 1980's thing and is very Broke Back Mountain.

The current trend in certain parts of the world for wearing blue or white handkerchiefs around the arm is unconnected.

Trust me - I've got pampas grass in my garden, 3 little ducks in my window, an upside down pineapple in my shopping trolley, a plastic bag tied to the front of the trolley, a mobius strip, a parrot and a flag with three horizontal stripes, pale blue-white-pink.

I only mention it because I saw a chap in a raincoat in Sidcup in Kent walking to the station with a red hankerchief on his arm. Thought it was odd and the first time I have ever seen such a thing. So I googled and thought I would post here. Perhaps its an American or or continental thing.

Knew about the pampas grass, the anklet and certain tattoes. But not handkerchiefs.
