I have both, Satisfyer and the original wand. They offer different sensations, with the wand giving very intense vibrations, whereas with the Satisfyer, it's air pulsating. The actual toy, apart from the sucker part, does not go on the clit.
I have both Satisfyer Pro 2 and it's cute Penguin version, love both of them.
