The Cap used to be a naturist place with a swinging ethos as an added bonus. Now it is a swingers resort with some naturism.
The French are odd about their practice of the clothes free lifestyle anyway in that away from the beach they dress, in the Cap the dress code especially in the evenings is tawdry 'swingers' tat. |

"Going 16-28 June - any advice on clothing etiquette please ?
And whether extended visa is a prerequisite ?
Thanks in advance "
Clothing etiquette is nothing to worry about whatsoever. There is nude 24/7, nude during day, evenings can be literally anything you want. No one will judge. Cap de Agde is be anything/anyone you want to be. It's a great village and no one will look at you as if you are out of place. It's so laid back and liberal just wear what you are comfortable in. For us that means naked dawn to dusk and then anything from evening to dawn. We've seen everything from guys naked walking on all fours lead by a dressed lady with a lead and whip to dinner suits and cocktail dresses.
Be who you want to be. |
