Im sure theres already a few about. We organised a 'splunch' a little while back, however many say that will go, halve it at least.

Good luck in your venture

a village near Haywards Heath in East Sussex

You might struggle to organise a social as a single man. Better to find a woman partner who is also interested in organising a social and arranging one from a couple's profile explaining that you are the social hosts. In the meantime search suitable venues . I suggest a pub with an area you can congregate in.

Bedford

I organised a social in Bedford a few years ago. It is hard work, unfortunately, as most people (read: men) don't understand what an organised social is. They don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of meeting like-minded people in a no-play environment.

Be prepared for loads of interest from single men, not so much from couples and single ladies. Also, be prepared for high drop out rate.

A splunch is basically a munch, or also know as a social, but for people who are interested in getting messy with food ( mixed words of munch and sploshing )

Im sure that if you search the word 'social' or 'munch' you will find some in Worc's as we have been to some.
