We thought it was about time that we had a social down in the South East.
I have a venue where it can be held but before I went ahead and made all the arrangements we thought we would sound people out.
It probably wont go ahead until the early part of next year.
The venue is a Swingers Club but there is ample room for you to just sit around and chat and no pressure to play.
So just answer here if you would be interested just so I know whether it is worth us going ahead.

We would be up for that 
I have no problems if it was held in a club,theres never any pressure to play and it gives people well especially the ladies a chance to dress up a bit more |

Agreed. Holding a social in a club blurs the dividing line too much."
I understand that but there is no pressure to play at all and the play rooms are completely seperate to the social area so you can have the best of both worlds.
We have been to the club in question several times and we have both played there and just sat chatting at the bar all evening and no one treats you any differently if you play or not. |

You can't have too many socials if you ask me, but there is a large party/social being organised in Kent for the Friday of Valentines weekend. (12th)
We have organised the venue and obtained a discount etc, but were holding off the announcement until after Barnsley and not to close to the Xmas one.
So we will need to check dates if we are not to clash.

Right well hoping to have some more firm details in the next couple of weeks.
It may move to the end of January yet as I am waiting to hear if I am going to have to have another operation.
But as soon as we know we will let you all know the details. |

Right have everything confirmed and posted on Events Page.
Will message everyone already posted on this thread with info.
It will be held on 30th January 2010.
There will be limited places places for Single Guys. |

There are limited places for single guys.
If you do not receive a message from us saying you are on the list then you will not be able to get into the venue.
Will keep all single guys names and will contact if anyone drops out. |

If you dont get confirmation from us that you are on the list then you will not get into the venue. We will be holding a reserve list just incase anyone drops out. |

Right now Xmas and New Year is out the way time to think about Partying again.
Still have plenty of room left on the Social List so message us if you are interested and you will be added to the list.
Just a Reminder its being held on 30th January in Destiny SX in Essex with a Burlesque Theme so get those corsets out. |

Will skip this one as already busy that weekend, but know there's another Social, public venue rather than a 'club', the following Saturday (6th Feb) in the Basildon area which we'll be at.
If peeps message me about that, happy to share what info we have so far. |

Right we have unfortunately reached the limit for single guys.
Anyone who hasnt received an email from either myself or Ronnienclarice are not on the list.
You can be added to the reserve list and we will contact you if someone drops out. |

If you are already members of Destiny SX then you do not need to get your name down just turn up as usual.
