"I went up to Blackpool but didn’t bother going in . Nobody seems to go anymore at least not in the daytime " Think you will find people go or they wouldn't open lol. Besides, most people don't use this site let alone use the forums.

"Haven’t been since Covid, but up until then it was amongst the best clubs in Lancashire, great staff and great facilities, in my opinion, well worth a visit, as they say, other clubs are available! _tripper9 " Mikes gone though

"That may well be true but still at least two facilities shut & they don’t reply to questions so not really inspiring to be honest " Morning, as you know the Sauna has malfunctioned, and during these times it is very difficult to obtain basic supplies let alone specific parts. You already know this as we have replied to you personally. Also you have visited infusion since we have been shut due to Covid-19, otherwise you would not be aware. As others have commented, the majority of customers do not frequent swinger sites or use forums. Therefore responses are not indicative to how busy we are. If you feel so negative towards our club, there is no need to attend.

"Actually you never replied personally as I sent a reasonable message asking details & you deleted it without reply . Also you don’t need to be rude & I’m quite aware I don’t need to attend . Perhaps if you had some manners , respect for customers & a more friendly demeanour you would have a better business . " We have been nothing but polite and answered your queries accordingly and even took the time to reply to you comments on this forum. Again if you feel this negative with constant abuse, there is no need to contact us, mention us or visit Infusion again.

It’s rude to say effectively “if you don’t like it lump it “ Far better to explain the situation in a professional manner, apologise for short comings & explain how improvements can be made . "Wow wow wow Infusion along with many other clubs has been shut for over 18 months due to covid and so during that time the owners have invested a huge amount of time, money and hard work into making it a even better club than it was before. You have to stop and think and remember that there is still a lot of people who are worried about covid and so this can cause a knock on effect for clubs all over the world but to feel so bitter because a new sauna is still awaiting and a dark room that is closed that’s a little unfair towards a club that at the end of the day is only trying to improve its facility’s more and more to give their customers a even better club than it was before so it’s people like you that give clubs a bad name which can be damaging to any business and then complain when it’s quite so why not support the club you always attended pre covid rather than slate it. Always a brilliant club for us and we will continue to support our local venue Support infusion during these hard times and let’s all have a great time in a club we can all be grateful of as many others are sadly no longer active " Fair enough

"Me and my partner are planning to go tomorrow for the greedy girl evening. It will be our first time club experience and we're wondering what the dress code is? Would wearing a nice going out too, smart skinny jeans and sandals be okay, and then bring sexy lingerie for dress down areas? I don't want to look and feel out of place. Thank you x" I’m sure that would be ok . If you have any doubts speak to the club direct

"The club is still having ongoing maintenance to make it a even better club than it was before and you still have the pool and jacuzzi and if you are really bothered about a dark room then every play room upstairs has a light switch to turn off lol. If you don’t wish to support the club to make it a better place then that’s your decision but why publicise it all to then make maybe other people consider is it worth going and then you complain about it being quite " How ridiculous to suggest turning a light off to replicate a dark room !!! Laughable , especially from someone who works there !!!!!!

"Yes I have been two or three times since Covid. As has been pointed out, Mike, who was the club's best asset doesnt seem to be there any more. The changes amount to a bit of refurb and I was disappointed that people dont seem to be able to sit and chat around the bar any more. On none of my recent visits has the sauna been working or the dark room open but you can only know this by visiting. My comments to the owners were firstly ignored until I posted a review and then received abusive comments which I had to report to Fabs. Appalling customer service means that I will no longer be visiting Infusions and will support Club Play who go to great lengths to make everyone welcome. " This is thee type of thing I was finding . The facilities to be honest are fairly basic & perfunctionary. Just rooms with a mattress in essentially . That wouldn’t be so bad if the owners were actually approachable & took on board any constructive comments but they really just want to open their hands & take the money . Most of the good comments about it must be from friends & sycophants as I’ve sat in the lounge or chatted in the changing rooms etc with scores of people who say the same thing they just don’t bother to speak to the owners about it as they know they will be stonewalled . It’s a shame because under the right ownership & direction it could be quite good

This suggestion of turning the light out in another room is a Basil Fawlty kind of customer care from this Infusion employee. Maybe the next suggestions will be to replicate the sauna by standing in front of the hair dryer, the swimming pool by standing in the one shower, or the jacuzzi by sitting on the toilet and pulling the flush. Come to think of it, I can do this by staying at home and saving my £20 entrance fee. It would be easier to support and make it a better place if comments weren't treated with such hostility.

After the last shitty 18 months we’ve just had I think it would be best for some people to get a reality check, the turning the light off quote was probably said in tongue and cheek mode ( it’s called humour ) the club is now looking none tired and looks very inviting as soon as you open the door. 99 per cent of the people who attend are lovely and well mannered and the staff work none stop all day and night to keep it clean. Just turn up enjoy what’s available and stop moaning about what’s not available. See you soon fellow happy fabbers xx

"We personally will always advocate for Infusion. It has been our go to place when we’re in Blackpool on a Saturday evening, especially event led Saturdays. Plenty of facilities to enjoy plus a pool table AND a swimming pool. As far as anyone working there goes, we’ve always found everyone to be helpful and friendly. In fact, when C & A was there, we got invited by C to A’s birthday party in Manchester, which we travelled up to. Loved their company but you can tell the difference between when they are working and when they can let their hair down, so I do think you have to take this into account, especially in this lifestyle. Someone has to do a job. As Frecklesxxx perfectly put it. It’s a brilliant club and like all our wonderful venues up and down the country, let’s get out and support them if we have the means to. Every club that closes is a minus for our wonderful lifestyle. Blackpool needs clubs. It’s a great weekend break and we love that Infusion gives us the facility to meet swingers from around the country plus Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland. To answer the OP’s question. £15 is a bargain. To go swimming, jump in a hot tub, sauna and not have to carry a wet towel or shorts home is a thumbs up. No costs to wash and dry. If I go to a pub and pay £4-£5 for a beer. 3 pints and I’m £15 lighter. You pay £3 in a supermarket, take them to drink at Infusion. Have four beers and you’ve already got a return on investment for drinking in an establishment. The value is there to see. And I haven’t even started on the fact that you’ll be in the vicinity of like minded people and great company. So if you ask me, get your £15 out and get to Infusion. What you waiting for? x" You haven’t ready my original posting correctly . My concern was about the facilities you mention that aren’t available such as the sauna & the dark room . Both advertised but actually aren’t available . As mentioned by other posters this is only realised one you have paid & then it’s too late , your money has gone . Also when I sent a message asking if it was available yet it was deleted without reply which I considered rude . Again , others have had their messages unanswered . It’s simply rude & if you don’t think it is then you know nothing about manners, customer service or good business . Finally you also cannot judge a comment or comments on here from employees as it’s a case of they would say that wouldn’t they !!! If all the facilities are working & available then £15 is ok ( even though it used to be £10 with a towel which is now an additional £1 )

If all the facilities are working & available then £15 is ok ( even though it used to be £10 with a towel which is now an additional £1 ) " Contrary to your thoughts, I did read your initial post correctly and the title “Is it worth going to Infusion Blackpool”, which I assume was a question. My post was intended to point out the value in the club & facilities. Yes I mentioned Sauna in the post but also mentioned the other facilities. My leisure centre promotes a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Occasionally they’re down for maintenance, repair or whatever reason, but still get charged full price. I concur in that if I’ve send a message and it doesn’t get responded to, it can be frustrating. Yes it could be rude, but it could be a number of other reasons as well. My comments about staff is to point out they are human and I’ve had positive experiences. As such, I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Coincidentally, I own a very successful company centred around service management, so I would like to think I know something about customer service and that I know how to write good business. As for someone posting whether it was a brilliant club, I see no valid reason to whether I cannot agree with this just because they maybe an employee. I’ve seen them there as customers so whether they have worked there since or not is irrelevant. It’s a brilliant club and I (we) agree. I base this opinion on my successful business affording me to be able to visit over 40/50 clubs across 5 or 6 countries. As for an increase in price. I remember when I could buy a bag of chips for 18p and a child bus ticket was 2p. Damn that old chestnut called inflation and business costs. So let’s not get into a debate about good business my friend. I will leave you with a final comment. I read your profile and there’s a similar trend going on. Lighten up my friend and don’t take it to heart if you create a post and no one comments. Have a great weekend, get your £15 out, and have a pound spare unless like me you prefer to air dry.

"I don’t think Sarcasm or Rudeness is appropriate to this conversation. You started the thread off with an issue and you have very fastly turned your whole issue into many things. Sadly you have a negative attitude towards the club and customers are defending the club and trying to tell you why! You won’t accept what people say but will continue the Negativity in a futile manner to try and emphasise your dissatisfaction! That’s the reality of it!" I think you need to re read the whole thread & examine it more forensically before you write superficial comments

"You get a pool and hot tub plus the chance of fun.what you expecting for 15 bucks?.with your attitude its no wonder your a 'single' male'.as someone with my own business your type have no concept of value or manners." here we go again with a rude & presumptuous judgmental comment with no basis in fact . Most of you so called swingers are indeed an uncouth low brow group of individuals .

"We have been going for years and do feel it's lost its a way now the hot tub was absolutely filthy the last time we went, sauna not working dark room closed and the single men wasn't being told one of them constantly making comments to women when they walked around without their partners but when this was mentioned nothing was done. Everyone has an opinion and we feel it is not as it once was " Thank goodness to someone that actually responds sensibly instead of resorting to insults . I didn’t know about the hot tub being filthy as I never use it . The lack of sauna & dark room is a major loss as far as many people are concerned as they are important facilities in a spa/swinging clubs . But even this can be mitigated by advising this is the case on their web site BEFORE you visit & pay your money & therefore presenting the customer with a choice . By increasing the price & in effect simultaneously depleting the useable facilities makes it uncommercial. Like you point out , “ it’s not what it once was “
