Adelphi in Liverpool will allow a 10am check in if you contact them direct and pay about a tenner extra.
You can also book one of the really cheap premierinn deals, 3 weeks ahead and you can get 2 nights for about £60 which gives you a whole day in between for play, except that some are like fort knox to get into.
