You won't please everyone unfortunately. For me personally I like to see a nice bio with lots of info on but also not too lengthy. A good selection of teasing body photos but no dick shots or 1 at maximum.
A face pic is nice to see on a profile but not everyone feels safe in doing that,so offering 1 in a message is a good thing. And a veri is a good thing to have but also it's not the most important.
