There is a job going at holkham beach, which includes keeping an eye on the nudist beach if anyone is interested.
Be good to have somewhere working there that was on our side when we are bathing in the dunes. |

"We have been researching going to holkam beach when the weather improves, and lockdown relaxes.
Have to say we were a little dissapointed it was patrolled, in case the sun makes us feel horny!"

Ideal job for some one local I would imagine , would be a cracking job spend all day with general light hearted banter.
Just personally find there are other places all a long the lovely Norfolk coast to please yourself in private.
Enjoy and slap the sun block cream on !!! roll on Summer !!!

There are families that walk through those dunes, some are naturists and are mostly aware it is a naturist beach, that's why it's patrolled, to stop the 'lewd ' behaviour. Unless it's changed, you can't sunbathe nude in the dunes, only along the seafront. |

Good luck....it isn't a nudist beach, it's a clothes-optional beach.
Most stick close to the bottom of the dunes, complete with "wind-breaks".
Expect a large variety of people to wander past, most of who are not interested. Also expect "packs" of young ladies on ponies, who for some reason prefer that section..young as in young.
I was there last summer, in the short break in lockdowns...the place was packed at the bay end. The dunes are patrolled by two guys, either natural-England or Holkham Estate employees. Police on quad bikes are an irregular feature.
The beach is excellent, apart from the tideline of shells....wear some foot protection!
The meerkats were not visible, but you can't keep a good man "down" for long.. |

We were at holkham today and whilst there were a few people walk through the middle of the naturist beach they didn't seem overly bothered about all the naked people (and there were quite a lot of us )
Were a few merecats in the dunes with binoculars but the wardens were doing regular patrols in the 4x4's and occasionally walking along the dunes wearing hiviz vests. Was still an extreamly good day though. |

From the lookout (or rather from the cafe carpark) go left (the sea will be on your right!) along the treeline cycle path. If you go onto what 3 words you can enter sends.caressed.jousting for the beach, and inefficient.snoozing.enjoyable for the lookout carpark. You can cycle along the treeline until opposite the location. Hopefully I have broken no sites rules!
