I live a couple of miles from this, puts our town into grid lock when it’s n haha
If you like your dance/DJ music I think it’s the go to festival, I think it’s the biggest into uk for this type of music,
Bit of a pain if your travelling from out of town via trains as it’s a good walk away, and don’t go in a fancy car as they got stripped for parts the last time it was on |

If I remember correctly creamfields moved to its current location in 2006, with a smaller event in Liverpool itself in 2016.
I've been there twice and although not my type of music, was good to experience it (2009/2011), esp as it was less than 3 miles from where I lived at the time.
Traffic is a nightmare as you can imagine in both local towns, and even though they build a small bridge over the road and reduce the speed limits (its not unusual to see people walking up the expressways etc)
Let's hope the weather is good for this year though! |
