As, much as, I love, Whitby. I won't be, going there, for some, time. ive just read that Whitby is one of the, worst places to go to if you are trying to achieve any social distancing. Being so tight and compact it is impossible. Saw an article of someone driving to Whitby then seeing the masses of people standing and queuing virtually shoulder to shoulder all over Whitby returned home immediately. Whitby is lovely, make no mistake but not for me at this moment in time |

I have been going to Whitby for many years now
And know how busy it can get especially if the weather is nice.
You can get involved or not involved in the masses/ques as much as you like you do not have to follow the crowds. |

Like that at any resort tbh but we're not in Whitby itself, nice little place tucked away & lots of coastal walks to get away from it all |

Was thinking of heading there my self when I saw the lovely sunshine we’re having up here today only 30 minute drive from my house and best fish and chips in the whole uk |
