My Mrs was rampant when she fell pregnant which was how we got into swinging.Seeing her on all fours being ploughed from behind with a full belly is one of the hornyest things Ive seen.
Sadly she is no longer interested in sex.
I would just say that if your lovely lady is still happy to have sex then go for it...and plenty of it |

pregnancy is such a special time between a couple and its something id never share with a random stranger all for a bit of sex.
Id say take the time out to enjoy the experience together.
Each to thier own tho if you still want to meet but id imagine youd never forgive yourself if anything happened to either you or your baby during or after a meet  |
