My girlfriend and I go to Amsterdam at least four or five times a year. We have tried most places,but Fata Morgana is the one that stands out a mile. Strictly couples, very clean, loads of sexy people about, lovely food, 100% free bar...Friday night is a younger clientele, Saturday and Sunday afternoons suit our age range better. €120 per couple, but cheap when you factor in everything. I always drive there, as it's around 20km out of Amsterdam...but well worth it!
