Heading out to KL for a week and looking for advice on where to go for some after dark fun?

Just some recommendations:
Sightseeing : Petronas Twin Tower, Batu Caves, National Mosque or head a bit out of KL to Putrajaya (administrative city).
Food (a must) : try roti canai, nasi lemak, Satay (a must), drink sugar cane juice (air tebu), cendol and visit the night market.
Lots of vlog on KL by westerners.

Got most of the places you mentioned listed as well as Getting Highlands, KL tower etc
Definitely going to try lots of different foodies
Just a bit concerned about this virus going around the now.

Don't worry.
They are screening passengers during arrival and those with suspicion of a viral infection will get quarantined and examined.
At the moment, we have detected 4 confirmed nCoV infection and all 4 of them are Chinese nationalities who arrived and detected at various arrival gatepoint. All have since be quarantined and treated in selected hospitals.
Just practice diligent hand hygiene, wear mask if possible and maintain good hydration.
(and avoid getting close to people who sneeze or cough  )
