Hi I’m going to be in the Phillipines 19th feb for 3-4 weeks then on to Bangkok.. nothing planned other than main flights... I’ve not been before (to the Phillipines) would be great to meet others out there ..or any advice on where to go and stay etc would be appreciated. |

Philippines is breathtaking beautiful. My favourite place. Try Cebu as there's lots of connections to near islands. If you are looking to meet local girls just stay in the city and walk around the mall and girls will get chatting to you, really friendly people who love English guys. Travel recommendations;
Try swim with whales in oslob
Moalboal is lively and great snorkelling
Short ferry to Bolhol island, lots to see and do, with lively beach area Alona.
Warning you may not wish to come home lol |

Fly out to BKK on 20th March for 3 weeks 
Nowhere or nothing else booked yet but was thinking Pattaya for a week or 10 days and then open to suggestions.
Internal flights to Koh Samui and Phuket are really cheap but also possibly phillipenes any one else over that part of the world then.
I went to Koh Samui last year and loved it was thinking possibly Phuket but had heard it had gone down hill and was expensive any one been recently ?
