We were there last week. It all seemed very safe and welcoming, and everyone is fabulously kind and polite. But there is quite a lot of adventure involved in going outside tourist areas (so far as we know just Rodney Bay where we stayed - but presumably, proper resorts will be good too). For those not making good money from tourism it's a pretty poor country and so don't expect non tourist areas to have shops, restaurants, atms etc. And the roads are diabolical! But it's a lovely place. Please pm if you would like more. |
