Not very far from Lisbon (about 30 minutes by car) you have Meco Beach, an official naturist beach. There's also another naturist beach near Lisbon in the Costa de Caparica area (about 15 minutes by car).

Praia do Canavial is a nice beach, but access is via a very rickety steep set of steps or from the adjoining beach (Praia De Mos) when the tide is out |
