Hi Jane, I'm living a couple of hours from Vienna. I haven't visited any of the clubs there but if anything like the ones I've tried in Austria they have all been to a really high class. You won't have any problems there at all and austrians in general are very liberal and not strangers to the scene. It's not considered a dirty secret so much there. More a lifestyle.
I always contacted the clubs beforehand just to see how the etiquette etc is as it can differ dramatically.
Im often in Vienna so if it happens we are there at the same times I'd love to grab a drink and maybe go to a club together, safety in numbers and all  |
