Hi,
Best swingers club is Paradise.
Couples only. Open Friday and Saturday.
There are another three clubs, but Paradisi is for couples the best.

Fun can be to go before for Burlesque show (Google Prague burlesque). No sex, but erotique.

Main dance club is Karlovy Lázne with 5 floors.
For jazz try "Jazz Dock"
For reageae / progressive there is nothing better then "Cross club" Google it.
